1. Services

The Practitioner provides advisory, identity-based, and integrative services which may include, but are not limited to:

• Highest Timeline Identity Blueprint^™ (HTIB) — a personalized written diagnostic
• Quantum Identity Calibration^™ (QIC) — a two-session private process (online or in person)
• Private Identity Advisory^™ (PIA) — ongoing advisory support by invitation

Specific deliverables, format, and timing are outlined at the point of purchase or invitation and form part of this Agreement.

2. Nature of Services

Services are advisory, reflective, and integrative in nature. They are not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. The Client understands that results depend on personal engagement and integration, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that: Significant preparation, analysis, and energetic/strategic work occurs prior to and independent of live sessions.

Refunds are not available once payment is made, regardless of participation or completion.

4. Scheduling & Delivery

Sessions must be scheduled within the agreed timeframe. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited at the Practitioner’s discretion. Delivery format (online / phone / in-person) is agreed in advance.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and session content is held in confidence. The Client agrees not to record or distribute session materials without written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, language, and documents remain the intellectual property of the Practitioner and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without permission.

7. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for:

• Their own decisions, actions, and well-being.

•Seeking professional support outside this container when appropriate.

8. Termination

The Practitioner reserves the right to discontinue services if the container is no longer aligned, with professional closure where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

10. Acceptance

By checking the box at purchase and completing payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
